Welcome to our new Youth Minister!
I am pleased to introduce Daniel West, who has accepted the position of Youth
Minister at St. James.  Coming from an Army family, Daniel has lived in Italy,
Germany, Texas, and North Carolina before his family settled in Fayetteville, GA
when he was twelve.  Daniel has a degree in International Affairs from Georgia
Tech and speaks Italian and Spanish.  He is currently working on a Master's
Degree in Theology from Franciscan University.  He resides in McDonough with his
wife, Michelle, and their three daughters.

Daniel believes that the teenage years are an important time of formation in a
young person's life and that it is vital to help them start out those years making
the right choices.  He is looking forward to doing God's will and sharing his faith
with our teens.  
I believe Daniel will be a great addition to my staff and to the parish of St. James.  
Please keep Daniel, our teens and our LifeTeen program in your prayers as we
begin this new journey in faith together!
